We can hold dates with a 50% non refundable deposit of your rental fee.

Tables and chairs for the space.

Main Street Landing sets up tables, chairs and AV equipment that you have requested ahead of time.

You can access your event space the day of your rental, not the night before unless you rent that date as well. Please communicate with Kyla on what time you will be arriving.

You can bring in any caterer you like or make it a pot luck. Please note we do not have a kitchen space and do not allow open flames. All alcohol must be purchased and served by a licensed and insured caterer who needs to get an event permit via the city at least two weeks prior to the event.

Decorations can be hung using masking or painters tape and must be removed at the end of your event.

Yes, we are a downtown Burlington space. There are metered street parking spots as well as pay via credit card lots in our area.
