This sprawling 2500 ft terrace sits above the Burlington Train Station and overlooks the Burlington Waterfront with sweeping views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks . This space can be tented by Vermont Tent for large events. It also can be rented with the adjacent parking lot.  Please inquire about fees. Event permits via the city are required for amplified music. We also require event insurance for this location.
