The Train Station at 1 Main StreetThe Main Street Landing Train Station is a 7,000 sq ft space on the ground floor of the Union Station at 1 Main. Directly off of the bike path and with lots of natural light, it's the perfect place to host a larger event. The space does not come with tables and chairs included. |

The Great Room at Lake & CollegeThe Main Street Landing Great Room is located on the third floor of the Lake & College Building at 60 Lake Street. The space comes with beautiful views of the lake and is equipped with tables and chairs for up to 60 people. The total capacity for the space is 80 people.

The Atrium at Lake & CollegeThe Atrium, located next to the Great Room in the Lake & College building, is equipped with a gas fireplace and a balcony overlooking Lake Champlain. Attached to the Great Room, it can be rented independently with a capacity of 60-80 people or together for a capacity of up to 130 people. This space does not have tables and chairs included. |

The Black Box Theater at Lake & CollegeThe Black Box Theater is located next to the Atrium in the Lake & College Building at 60 Lake Street. It is a performance, presentation, and lecture space with stadium seating for 130. 15-20 additional seats can be added if needed. The Theater is equipped with an 18-foot lighting grid, a box office, control booth, sound system, and 40 x 60 ft stage. The rental of this space includes the Green Room. |

The Film House at Lake & CollegeThe Film House, located at 60 lake Street is used primarily for film screenings and presentations. It is quipped with a large screen that covers west facing windows, control room, dolby surround sound, retractable screen, and smart podium and can fit up to 220 people (can increase by 15-20 chairs if needed). |

The Lake Lobby at Lake & CollegeThe Lake Lobby next to the Film House is a large open space with a beautiful balcony that overlooks Lake Champlain. Over the years, Main Street Landing has collected art, much of which is displayed in this space. Perhaps one the most impressive pieces is a mural by Ron Hernandez which is featured on the ceiling of the Lobby. It gives a 360 degree view of the lake during different seasons. |

The Board Room at Lake & CollegeThe Main Street Landing Board Room is located on the second floor of the Lake & College building. A semi-private space, it holds about 35-45 people and comes equipped with tables and chairs. it is one of Main Street Landing's most popular rentals because of its affordability. |

The Black Box Green Room at Lake & CollegeThe Black Box Green Room is included in every rental of the Black Box Theater. It is equipped with two dressing rooms with private bathrooms, a shower, a kitchenette, and two private offices with doors that lock. It also has an intercom system which allows people in the Black Box Theater to make announcements to those in the Green Room. |

The History Wall at Lake & CollegeMain Street Landing commissioned Rick Moulton to develop the History Wall at Lake & College. Including about 65 images, it depicts the deep and rich history of the Burlington Waterfront over 400 years until the early 1980s. The exhibit is open and free to the public. |

The Endangered Species Wall at Lake & CollegeMain Street Landing commissioned Ron Hernandez to create the Endangered Species Wall on the first floor of the Lake and College building in an effort to help people understand and realize that the beautiful natural world we've come to enjoy is in danger. As you walk down the hallway, you get transported through the rainforest, ocean, and artic while listening to and looking at endangered species in the each of the environments. This exhibit is free and open to the public. |
