Technical Information
- If you rent the Main Street Landing Black Box and plan to use the control booth for lighting and sound you will need to have a technical tutorial by one of our technicians. If you have done this before and have been cleared, you do not need to do this again. However, if this is your first time, you need instructions on how to use our system. Please contact Melinda Moulton, @ 802-864-7999 to set up a meeting with one of our technicians. The tutorial takes about three hours with drive time @ $30 per hour.
- If you are renting the Main Street Landing Film House and you are using the podium and understand how it works, you are good to go.
- If you need a tutorial on the podium, we can do that for you. Please call our Daily Rental Coordinator Dan Giangreco @ 802-540-3018 or 802-316-6663.
- If you need more sophisticated technical help with wireless microphones, etc. you need to hire one of our technical/projection directors. Call our Daily Rental Coordinator Dan Giangreco @ 802-540-3018 to set up an appointment. Technical Directors charge $30 per hour plus drive time and you pay them directly.
- Two weeks before your event, please remit payment in full for the total amount of your rental. You will not receive access to the space until payment has been received by Main Street Landing.
We do not accept credit cards.
- To obtain the keys to get you into your space on the day of your event, you need to contact Main Street Landing's Daily Rental Coordinator Dan Giangreco @ 802-540-3018 or 802-316-6663 to set up an appointment. If your event is on the weekend, you need to get your keys on Friday from Dan. A $100 deposit check is required to get your keys and we will return your check to you when you return your keys to The Daily Rental Dude the next working day after your event.
