Daily Rental Procedures
For pricing and information on the actual spaces for daily rentals please see our Application for Use of Space [link to rental application you created above for 6.02] Once you determine the space(s) you wish to rent and checked the calendar to insure it is available, please complete the application. Save a copy of this rental information sheet to help guide you through the process during the use of our facility.
How to Rent a Space for your Event
- Please review the Event Booking List to see if the date of your event is available.
- If the date and space is available, please fill out the Application & License herewith and return to Melinda Moulton

- The date(s) you are renting the space(s) is the date of your occupancy and this is what is listed on the MSL web site. You can only utilize the spaces on the day(s) agreed to in this document. If you need additional days for set up or tear down for your event, you need to indicate that on this application and pay for use of the space(s) on those days.
- Your typed name indicates that you understand and accept all the explanations and details included herewith in their entirety.
- We don't need your signature. You and Main Street Landing have the right to cancel this agreement at any time prior to your event. In the case either party cancels any monies paid by you will be returned in full up to the day of your event. Main Street Landing will not be held responsible for any losses to you should Main Street Landing need to cancel your event.
- IF YOU CANCEL YOUR EVENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN RENT THE SPACE. Thank you!!

- Once we receive the paperwork, we will check to confirm availability, review the paperwork, and either approve or reject your application.
- Once approved, you will be listed on our booking sheet and included on our website in the calendar of events. The time we list is the time you are using the space, not the time of your event.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming your listing on our calendar of events on our web site from Melinda Moulton. We will not mail you a paper copy or fax to you in order to save on the use of paper. We do not provide invoices. Please use your application as your invoice. If you require a paper copy, just let Melinda know otherwise an e-mail confirmation will be our notification of acceptance.
Please save your application and follow the instructions going forward with your rental.
