The Burlington Business Association at their Annual Dinner awarded Main Street Landing's Lake & College Redevelopment Project their 2006 Hertzel N. Pasackow Award. This award is given annually to a building for its significant contribution to the architectural quality of Burlington.
The Lake & College Building is located at Sixty Lake Street on Burlington's Waterfront and includes 60,000 square feet of commerical space, 30,000 square feet of public space, a Waterfront Theatre that houses a 150-seat Black Box theatre, and 250-seat Film House. The project also rennovated and increased the City's Battery Park Extension by 18,000 square feet. The Architect was Colin Lindberg.
